Pat found out from Michael you were doing so much bettter...thank the Lord for better health for you. We were in a wreck in Sept and my health has not been good since then, turned 80 in March up until the wreck I was always busy. We had to move from Fisher County to get PT for Pat & our son lives here. Miss home so much. Goodness where have the years gone Jim. Take care and my best regards to you. God Bless...Vernon

As a teenager in the mid to late 50's you were my favorite singer. I still have several of your 78 ablums as well as numerous 45s. My ex wife and I were both big fans but I got the platters.

While reading your bio on this site I was absolutely outraged and furious at how the "powers that be" in the music industry had treated you! When finished reading the entire bio, I was amazed and humbled at your physical and emotional recovery...I am in awe of your inner strength and your commitment to turn lemons in to lemonade...you are an example to us all. I can't wait to read Dancin On The Moon! In the meantime I will still continue to enjoy your music...I've loved it from the time I first heard you in 1958.
