Hi Jimmie.....How wonderful when our daughter showed me your "Honeycomb" piece on YouTube. What a blessing! I met Colleen at the Veteran's Hospital where she was greeting patients, probably around 1956??? and I was playing the organ for them. You and she came into Robert's Fine Food's, the "Rod 'n' Reel" lounge in Portland, OR where I was playing the organ. You were planning your wedding in a church in Washington. She asked me to play for your church wedding after the very bad car accident had happened. What a miracle that she lived. Then much later, she accompanied you with your little newborn baby girl to a concert you put on at the Fort Vancouver High School ........I think that was the name of the school. Anyway, just had to say hello. If you want to hear me play a short piece on the organ, you can on YouTube. I still play now...74 yrs old! Was in a concert in March this year at the church where I play each Sunday in Portland, and did a pop song: The Orange Blossom Special. Hope you happen to see this on your website. Thanks for the pleasure to talk to you again. God bless you and keep you in His loving care.

I worked with Jimmie on the Steel Pier in Atlantic City in the late 1950's and he was such a treat to take care of. He packed them in for each of his shows. I was the Head Usher in the Music Hall Theater. All of us "Baby Boomers" think it's time for Jimmie to come to Atlantic City for a concert. A few years ago my wife took me to Branson Miss. to see him and his show was cancelled. Next year will be our 50th wedding anniversary and we would like to spend it with you.

All my family enjoyed your music. I have been unable to find one of your albums. I would love to locate one.

At the mall where I walk and eat at Chick-Fil-A
(I am retired) they ply Honey Comb and Secretly.

We had one of you LP albums with pop standards and hymns.

When my Dad passed on we played Whispering Hope, his favoirte hymn on that album.

If you read this can you let me know where I can get a CD or CDs of your music.

Your voice is smoother than silk!

Ted

Mr. Rodgers,
Thank you for the years of music from the heart. Maybe I don't "get" today's music because new songs are for the young.
I lost track of your music over the years. I got busy with family, work and life. Now, at this stage in life, I yearn for the good old days and the things that help bring them back.
I am so happy to find you and your music again.
Best wishes to you and your family,
Brad Wiese

Hi Jimmie,
You have always been one of my favorite recording artists. Just today while driving, "Are You Really, Really Mine" played on my Ipod. Thanks for the pleasure of your music after all these years.
Sincerely,
Nancy S.
